- NA – Raise issue at the Executive Call of companies using Begium addresses being charged VAT

- JA – IRAC funding of Thailand DBM Workshop provides a complementary place which should be offered to IRAC SEA
- AP – provide Philippines proposal document to Executive members for voting on during the next call
- AP – keep CropLife informed of Executive meeting dates and copy them on minutes
