- All – antitrust pdf reminder should be sent out prior to IRAC calls and referenced at the start
- AP – option of a smaller fee for smaller companies – discussion topic for the Spring Meeting
- All – everyone staying at the group hotel for the Spring Meeting should confirm with credit card details on the supplied form and advise Alan
- All – preparations for the Spring Meeting – WG Agendas, presentations, 2011/12 Goals & Objectives etc
- NA – follow up on Member Company dues outstanding and check with Belchim & FMC regarding the VAT payment arising from their Belgium invoice address
- AP – follow up with companies not present on the call regarding their vote on the three proposals
- GT – follow up on the educational material being developed by Nebraska University
- JA/VC – Any new IRAC materials presented at the DBM Workshop in Thailand needs to be reviewed prior to use by the Executive
- JA/VC – Philippines IRM project – follow up on the possibility of shared funding with local groups
- GJ – follow up on Nichino/Nihon vote on the Philippines IRM project – currently an abstention
- AP – update the distribution lists to include Paula on the Steering Team
